Please note that the total lead time of delivery is:
Warehouse processing time (1 business day) + Courier Shipping time (5-7 WORKING DAYS)
*Delivery times may be extended for remote areas. The days mentioned provide a guideline, shipping timeframes may be subject to change due to several factors such as customs clearance, the accuracy of contact details, delivery addresses, the response of receiver upon delivery attempt, etc.
**Business days are from Saturday to Thursday excluding any public holidays.

If no one is available to accept delivery of your order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company. If you fail to collect your delivery by the second attempt, you may be charged an additional delivery charge for any further attempt. After 3 (three) separate failed deliveries or we and/or the courier company failed to reach out to you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and we will treat such cancellation as a return.
At LAVISH, it is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just contact our Customer Service at Contact Us page to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you.
